Order Processing

All orders are prepped and packed from New Jersey within 3 business days.

Shipping

GoodMugs Co. uses USPS as our shipping carrier.  We currently only ship within United States of America.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with our mugs, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. The product must be in it’s original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once we receive your returned merchandise. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
If you need to return your product, please contact us at info@goodmugs.co, and note the order number in the subject line.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping fees & insurance (if applicable).
